If goods are to be special ordered please allow at least seven working days. Balance to be paid 3 days before delivery.
Any special order or non-stock item cannot be returned or cancelled after your order has been received.
A restocking charge of 25% is levied on any return for any reason apart from faults not sold as seen.
All goods belong to TJR Bathrooms Ltd unless fully paid for.
All delivery is to kerbside only and customers must supply ample labour for unloading of goods.
All brackets, fixings, etc are chargeable.
Do no engage tradesmen before full and satisfactory receipt of goods.
Anything not matching or to be noted before fixing.
All surfaces should not be washed with abrasives.
If a cancellation occurs that is not TJR Bathroom Ltd fault, a 25% cancellation charge will be enforced to the customer.
All goods must be checked and any damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery of collection otherwise TJR Bathrooms Ltd will not be responsible.
Do not destroy packaging before goods are checked and fully fitted to customer satisfaction. If a fault is found after installation the customer will be given manufactures telephone number to deal with direct.
Any deposits paid to TJR Bathrooms Ltd on any order will not be refundable or cancelled.
If payment has been made by card over the phone, all goods for delivery must be to cardholders address. Card holder must be present with card and one other form of ID on delivery or collection.
